A Winter's Tale is a ballet that opens with a young man calling out, searching for his love. She plays with him - letting him close and then running away. This happens over and over but still he won't give up. When together, She enacts her joy and fear of being together - but leaves again. He continues to search for her while meeting other people. Finally, they come together and when he embraces her fully she slowly starts walking away as he continues to call out to her.
